I think that is the bottom line, is the size difference. That and the power and wrestling of Tyron. I think if RDA were bigger, he would have a better chance of winning. His style should be a bad match up for Tyron, Tyron puts his back against the cage, and struggles with ring cutters(e.g. Rory Macdoanld, and Nate Marquart).

Tyron dealt with kelvin well, and that is why I lean towards him. It may be a close decision victory for Tyron, and an exciting ww title fight.

If RDA can press forward and keep the fight on the feet, he's got him I think.

I have a difficult time, seeing RDA dealing with the size of woodley. They are the same height with the same reach, but Woodley has the mass on his side. And it will be interesting to see how Tyron deals with him. Stylistically, it is an easier fight to prepare for, but not an easy one to compete against. Like I said, Tyron did fine against Kelvin--Tyron's power shouldn't be counted out.

Personally, I think RDA vs. Tryon is a good fight.

I'm still hoping Masvidal can end up getting the belt.

Midnight Mania! Woodley to take injury vacation
Welcome to Midnight Mania! Tyron Woodley announced today on Sirius XM that he partially tore the labrum of his left shoulder. He also tore it a long time ago, but didn’t have insurance, so he wasn’t able to take care of it properly at that time. (looking at your bill, Bernie Sanders) Now that there isn’t a clear-cut number one contender, he says he is going to take time off to try to get it rehabilitated. Obviously, if I can avoid going under the knife, I obviously want to try to do that. So that’s my option right now. I tore my left labrum in 2008. At that time, I wasn’t really financially set up to go out and get PRP and stem cell, and I didn’t have insurance at that time, so my options were .

I like Dos Anjos but I do not think he deserves the next shot at the title next.

Perhaps a fight against Leon Edwards or the Cerrone Till winner?

An interesting aspect of this is that Ben Askren and Dos Anjos split time training at Evolve mma. They have grappled quite a lot and therefore know each other as training partners pretty well

Askren is good friends with Woodley and has been assisting him prepare for his last few fights.

I wonder if Askren has any insider information on Dos Anjos and his grappling style if and when he fights Woodley. Or if Askren will remain a neutral observer.

This is what's wrong with the UFC. Why do we need the main event to be for a belt. Why nor just have Masvidal and Nick Diaz headline a PPV. If not Masvidal have Lawler and Diaz fight. If Diaz won't come back have Lawler and Masvidal fight. Every other fighter nobody likes headlines cards.

His body looks similar to when he was juicing. Still i think Woodley is too big for him.

If i could pick one guy to fight Tyron regardless rankings i d take Masvidal.
