Ufc 214 for the featherweight title so who wins Cyborg or Megan has a chance.

I hope Megan puts up a fight for her own sake. Cyborg will probably whoop that ass tho.

I'm wanting cyborg to dominate for years to come and break the title defense record.

She has overcome several obstacles to get to this point and somehow is able to face it all with determination and very little complaining.

While Cyborg has responded to negative press she has not been nearly as bitchy as many of the men.

Baldilocks probably told her if she took the fight she'd get 20% off all Reebok purchases up to a total of $200 and a free Cyborg kit.

UFC just posted on their Facebook that this fight will be for the 145 belt and GDR has been "removed as champion."

Meagan is huge for the weight class. She also has legit KO power and can take a lot of punishment and still push through.

With all that said, she is also very easy to hit on the feet. Her striking defense is not that great.

Cyborg will light her the fuck up and probably finish it on the ground where she has even more of an advantage.

Respect to Meagan. she has been saying she has wanted to fight Cybrog for awhile. Just respect, she wants to test her skills.

Well here is her chance. I doubt we get the first Aussie UFC champ but its possible. 145 Cyborg will kill her most likely.

"UFC has informed Germaine de Randamie and her management team that she is being removed as the women's featherweight champion due to her unwillingness to fight the No. 1 ranked contender, Cris 'Cyborg' Justino," the UFC said in a statement. "UFC maintains that any champion is expected to accept fights against the top contenders in their respective weight classes in order to maintain the integrity of the sport."

I am glad they stripped Ovary Reem. Do not get me wrong. Let me predicate what I am about to say with that.

This sure shows the UFC's favoritism yet again though

Here is an official statement for why they stripper her belt

"UFC has informed Germaine de Randamie and her management team that she is being removed as the women’s featherweight champion due to her unwillingness to fight the No. 1 ranked contender, Cris ‘Cyborg' Justino," the promotion said in a statement. "Subsequently, top contender Justino will face newly signed Invicta FC featherweight champion Megan Anderson for the UFC women’s featherweight title in the co-main event of UFC 214: Cormier vs. Jones 2, July 29 in Anaheim, Calif.

"UFC maintains that any champion is expected to accept fights against the top contenders in their respective weight classes in order to maintain the integrity of the sport.”

https://www.mmafighting.com/2017/6/19/1 ... -ufc-title

So if that  is the grounds for stripping a champ.....why does Bisping still have his belt? He will have held it for a year and defended against two fighters who are not even in the top 10 of the weight class much less the "no 1 ranked contender"

What a joke. We all know there is no consistency within the higher ups in the UFC (except for the reebok deal all fighters have to wear that ugly shit) and total blatant favoritism, come on though UFC at least try to hide it

Make the #1 contender at middleweight for the past half year fight for an interim title but strip GDR immediately
