Sonnen was a beast in the 1st round but ended up fighting like a chump in the last couple rounds. Refs need to start standing up fights more when a fighter is laying on his opponent. I thought Nate was going to run through this guy. Damn!

@pekeno87 no shit ground game is part of mma. Like I said he was working him in the 1st round but started throwing love taps in 2nd and 3rd.

wtf are you talking about love tabs he delivered as much as he could he marquardt is not a chump of course its gonna be difficult to completely dominate him, we saw marquardt to go for multiple submissions, he went for knee bar, kimura, guillotine, this fight was not a boring fight, he wasent simply standing him, he was trying to pound adn defend himself against Nates sub attemps

Sad fight for Nate, I expected him to come out with better takedown defense than that.

All in all a great fight. Sonnen impressive. Wouldnt bet on it but by the way he dominated Nate, I think he may have a decent chance of dethroning Silva. Its time.
